The Good:

I love the fact that its a family business and during the initial negotiation and delivery of the RV, they were very pleasant to work with.

The Bad:

Before I took delivery of the RV, I was told that they needed time to conduct a 125 point inspection/cleaning of the RV. I was not provided a copy of the inspection. I requested it numerous times after I drove the RV home, and was ignored each time. The RV was advertised as having an Sat system but upon further inspection, there is not a Sat system on board, not even a dish on the roof. Just a bundle of wires left there from the dish. There was also a display module of some sort (what it was for I do not know possibly back up camera or navigation), but it was in the pictures on the ad but was removed and the bare wires were left under the dash. When I arrived to pick up the RV and was testing the appliances, it was noted that the generator had a hard time starting and I asked one of the son’s (I cannot remember his name) if I have any issues with it, if I contact them for assistance which he said certainly. To which I reached out asking about the inspection and was ignored. After some troubleshooting, it turns out that the generator’s fuel and air filter were completely clogged. No maintenance was performed on it. Also, one of the fresh water tanks had a 6” crack along the top that was “repaired” with duct tape. To get these issues resolved, I’ve tried sending both text messages and leaving a voice mail and have been ignored every time. While I certainly know and understand that it is a used RV and I'll have some little quirks to deal with, the fact that they refused to get in touch with me after the sale is not acceptable what so ever.
